Agereh Technologies Inc., traded on the TSX Venture Exchange as AUTO and OTCQB as CRBAF, named its board and leadership group to drive sales of its AI platforms for the transportation sector.

Ken Brizel steps in as CEO and board member. He previously held executive roles at RCA/GE/Harris and Lucent Technologies. The board also includes Jim Plumptre, a tech veteran with more than 30 years of leadership and a stint as a senior Canadian government diplomat. Mike Plotnikoff, who founded Lite Access Technologies, brings expertise in public company financings. Tim Maddigan specializes in capital raises for small-cap firms. Rosy Amlani rounds out the group after serving as CEO of ColdCase and CFO of ACAMP, where she managed $200 million in Alberta economic development investments.

Joanna L. Hampton joins as chief financial officer. She has 25 years in accounting, overseeing financial operations and regulatory reporting for Agereh.

The appointments come as Agereh moves from product innovation to enterprise deployment. Brizel said the team brings the skills needed for growth, strong governance and shareholder value. “As we transition from product innovation to enterprise-scale deployment, we have intentionally assembled a board and management team with the experience to guide growth, ensure disciplined governance, and support long-term shareholder value creation,” Brizel said in a statement.

Agereh focuses on AI-enabled platforms and sensor solutions for transportation. The company recently hit an enterprise validation milestone and completed its first commercial deployment of a unified intelligent sensing platform.

Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Agereh aims to capitalize on demand for smart transportation tech. The board’s mix of tech executives, financiers and policy experts positions it to handle public markets and secure funding. Plotnikoff’s background in listings and financings could prove key as Agereh scales. Amlani’s Alberta ties may open doors to regional investments and partnerships.

Hampton’s regulatory know-how will handle TSX Venture and OTCQB demands. Brizel’s track record at major tech firms like Lucent offers a blueprint for turning prototypes into revenue streams.

Shares in Agereh trade under AUTO on the TSXV and CRBAF on OTCQB. The company provided details in a press release.
