Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is set to inaugurate Lucknow’s new Green Corridor on March 13, marking a significant development in the city’s infrastructure and environmental initiatives. Rajnath Singh will arrive at Lucknow Airport on March 12 at approximately 8:00 p.m. Following his arrival, he will attend a family wedding ceremony at 8:30 p.m. and will stay overnight at 5-A, Kalidas Marg. On March 13, he will depart from his residence at 11:20 a.m. and arrive at CMS Golf City, Sector C, Pocket 9, at 11:30 a.m., where he will inaugurate the Golf City branch of City Montessori School.
The Defence Minister will then visit the residence of MLA Yogesh Shukla in Rajajipuram and the residence of the late Vindhyavasini Kumar (former MLC) at the MLA residence in Rajendra Nagar. Later in the afternoon, he will inaugurate the Green Corridor at a program organized at Samtamulk Square, along with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The event is scheduled for approximately 4:30 p.m.
Following the inauguration, Rajnath Singh will inspect the Green Corridor from Samtamulk Square to Daliganj Bridge and honor the employees. He will then address a public meeting at Jhulelal Vatika, Hasanganj, at 5:00 p.m. The day will conclude with his departure from Lucknow Airport at approximately 6:20 p.m. for Delhi.

Addressing the event, Rajnath Singh emphasized that self-reliance is the only way to stay relevant and ready in the present era of uncertainty.
