Early Life and Passion for Looney Tunes

Born in Ontario and of Filipino descent, Bauza was a lifelong fan of Looney Tunes. In a 2021 interview with NBC News, he shared how he grew up copying the voices of the characters as a child. He described Looney Tunes as a cultural phenomenon that transcends language and borders, saying, “It doesn’t matter what part of the planet you’re from. You get the comedy.”

Bauza voiced multiple characters in Space Jam: A New Legacy in 2021, including Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, and Foghorn Leghorn, continuing the legacy of legendary voice actors like Mel Blanc.
