XIAMEN, January 18, 2026, 6:18 p.m. — Fujian Shijie Toutiao Technology Co., Ltd. hosted the Global Launch Ceremony and Inaugural Gala Dinner. Themed “Connecting the World, Delivering Warmth,” the event brought together scholars in journalism and communication, civic organizations, cultural institutions and business leaders for discussions on content distribution, cultural exchange, public service collaboration and industrial partnerships. A total of 18 strategic partners signed cooperation agreements in successive rounds, advancing multi-party resource alignment and project implementation.

At precisely 6:18 p.m., the ceremony opened with a themed light show. Hosts Zheng Liyun (Meizi) and Chen Chaozhi then took the stage to welcome guests and present the event’s core vision: in a more open, more interconnected global landscape, to explore clearer, more credible and more accessible methods of information dissemination — enabling audiences across languages and cultures to receive, understand and engage with content more effectively.

The opening segment featured a brief introduction to the global cultural outreach initiatives of the World Mazu Culture Alliance (WMCA). The organizers reaffirmed their commitment to the values of “virtue, benevolence and universal love,” pledging to advance cultural connectivity and civic collaboration — channeling goodwill toward real people and real needs, ensuring that cultural communication carries both warmth and sustainable organizational frameworks.

03 Keynote Addresses: From Communication Strategy to Collaborative Pathways
Luo Fujin, General Manager of Fujian Shijie Toutiao Technology Co., Ltd., delivered the inaugural address, outlining priorities in local operations, multilingual distribution, content services and partnership development, and expressing gratitude for the sustained support of all sectors of society.

In a special segment, Chen Zhen, Global Ambassador of the World Mazu Culture Alliance, presented Mazu Cultural Ambassador certificates to guests Han Jie and Yuan Xuexue. Yuan Xuexue, Director of the China Teacher Brand Promotion Center and representative of the Xiamen Lei Feng Culture and Art Museum, then led a “Lei Feng Spirit Award and Book Donation” ceremony — advocating sustained commitment and practical action in cultural promotion and public service.


05 Strategic Signings: 18 Partners Sign in Succession, Moving from Vision to Action Plan
In the “Walking Together with Gratitude, Charting the Future” segment, the organizers held a strategic partnership signing ceremony. Eighteen partners signed agreements in three successive rounds, covering investment, sports equipment, assistive technology, fire safety, biotechnology, tea industry, food and cultural tourism, and cultural media.
“The significance of these signings extends beyond ceremony,” the organizers said. “They transform cooperation into executable project roadmaps: clarifying collaboration priorities, aligning resources and accelerating the implementation of content distribution and industrial partnerships in Xiamen, building long-term cooperation toward higher-quality development.”

06 Cultural Tributes: Making Communication More Tangible, More Resonant
Interspersed throughout the evening were cultural performances and tributes: Chen Chaozhi performed “Gathering Together” and “My Motherland and I”; Liu Yanjun of the Veterans Red Culture Art Troupe performed “Song of the Motherland”; and Ji Dongming, a Beijing opera artist and head of the Veterans Red Culture Art Troupe from Beijing, presented an operatic performance and gifted calligraphy and paintings.
Han Jie, honored as one of China’s “Most Beautiful Military Mothers,” presented the organizers with an eight-meter peony scroll painting as a gesture of blessing. The organizers pledged to transform this goodwill into sustained action, deepening their work at the intersection of media and public service.
07 Greetings from Abroad: Synchronized Across Time Zones
A congratulatory video from the team in the United States was shown during the ceremony, extending warm wishes to the Xiamen team. The organizers affirmed their commitment to advancing cross-regional collaboration and multilingual content capabilities, building more strong systems for content production, partner engagement and distribution services.

08 Looking Ahead: High-Quality Collaboration for a Broader Horizon
