Applebee’s is marking 25 years of its Mucho Cocktails with a St. Patrick’s Day promotion offering two new drinks for $6 each. The Emerald Escape and Pricklycane are available at participating locations nationwide.

The Emerald Escape is a tropical blend of Jameson Irish Whiskey, Malibu Coconut Rum, melon liqueur, blue raspberry, pineapple juice, and lime. The Pricklycane offers a fruity twist on a New Orleans-style hurricane, combining Bacardi Superior Rum, premium lemon sour, prickly pear, orange, and pineapple juices.

Both cocktails are served in Applebee’s signature Mucho glass with a gold sugar rim. Guests can upgrade with Vibe Drops featuring premium spirits like Patrón Silver, Don Julio Reposado, Grey Goose, or Woodford Reserve.

Nate Grover, executive director of bar and beverage at Applebee’s, said the brand has been serving premium spirits with playful garnishes for 25 years. He emphasized the fun and flavorful experience of the Mucho Cocktails.

For non-alcoholic options, the $4 Parade Punch Mocktail is available. It features pineapple, prickly pear, blue raspberry, premium lemon sour, and bubbly lemon lime soda, creating a green-to-purple ombré effect. It is garnished with a gold sugar-dusted lemon.

Applebee’s has over 1,512 locations across the U.S., two U.S. territories, and 16 countries as of September 28, 2025. The brand is franchised by Dine Brands Global Inc. [NYSE: DIN], one of the world’s largest full-service restaurant companies.
