Fortnite players who grabbed Mighty Morphin Power Rangers skins last year saw them rack up big numbers. Now leaks point to a fresh batch of Rangers hitting Epic Games’ battle royale—straight from Power Rangers Dino Thunder.

The original crossover stuck to the classic Mighty Morphin lineup. This time, files uncovered by leaker @ShiinaBR on X reveal two new faces: the Black Dino Ranger, Tommy Oliver, and the White Dino Ranger, Trent Fernandez-Mercer. Images circulating online show their designs ready for Fortnite’s island.

Dino Thunder aired in 2004 as the show’s 7th season. It stars Tommy Oliver, once the Green and White Ranger from Mighty Morphin, now mentoring a new teen team in Reefside, California. Jason David Frank reprised the role as the Black Dino Ranger until his death in 2022. Jeffrey Parricello played Trent, a teen who starts as a villain under Mesogog’s control before switching sides.

The pair’s inclusion nods to their on-screen clashes in Dino Thunder episodes. Tommy battles Trent multiple times before the White Ranger joins the fight. Fortnite fans can now assemble a Tommy collection: his Green Ranger and White Mighty Morphin skins arrived in Chapter 4, leaving Zeo Red and Turbo Red as wishlist items.

@ShiinaBR, a reliable Fortnite dataminer, posted the Dino Thunder reveals Thursday. No official word from Epic Games or Hasbro, the Power Rangers owner. Past leaks from the account have panned out, like the Mighty Morphin drop on May 17, 2023, which packed the Pink Ranger, Tyrannosaurus Zord and more into the item shop.

Mighty Morphin remains the franchise flagship since 1993. Dino Thunder carved its own following with dino-themed mechs and Tommy’s return. Crossovers like this boost both properties—Fortnite thrives on pop culture tie-ins, from Marvel heroes to Star Wars.

Expectations run high for extras. Rita Repulsa topped wishlists after her tease in the first event. A Dragonzord skin or emote could tie back to Tommy’s Mighty Morphin roots. Epic often bundles outfits with back blings, pickaxes and gliders, so Dino Thunder Zords might drop too.

Power Rangers Fortnite skins sold briskly last time, according to player reports and V-Bucks spending trackers. More Rangers mean more locker variety as Chapter 5 Season 4 looms. Official confirmation could land any day, possibly with a trailer.

Until then, the community buzzes. Dino Thunder’s mix of nostalgia and fresh conflict fits Fortnite’s chaotic vibe perfectly.
