Dubai — Tanisha Singh steps away from the spotlight of South Indian films and Bollywood to build a business in Dubai’s booming real estate sector. The actress, who completed five South Indian movies and four Hindi projects including Sadhu Mirani and Door Bell, appeared in more than 20 music videos in various languages. A 2004 Miss India runner-up, she also hosted the Instagram series Tea with Tanisha Singh, chatting with celebrities and industry figures.

“Films gave me visibility and confidence,” Singh said. “South cinema and Bollywood taught discipline and adaptability. Music videos let me reach audiences in different languages.” Those experiences pushed her toward entrepreneurship, she added.

Her new focus: real estate planning for Indian buyers in Dubai. Singh handles acquisition strategies, investment setups and market advice. She stresses long-term value and rental yields in the city’s fast-expanding property scene.

Dubai draws her for its clear regulations and solid infrastructure, Singh explained. “It’s a global hub offering stability for Indian investors,” she said. “I bridge that gap with straightforward guidance and trust.”

She views this shift not as an exit from acting but an expansion. “Acting stays with me,” Singh noted. “Entrepreneurship offers another way to create. Real estate, like films, means grasping people’s dreams and steering smart decisions.”

Singh’s career mixed on-screen roles with off-screen gigs. She worked as a host, anchor, singer and producer. Now, she balances both worlds without abandoning cinema entirely.

The UAE property market has surged, with Dubai attracting investors from India amid high returns and residency perks. Officials report residential prices up 20% in the past year, fueled by tourism and business growth. Singh positions herself to capitalize on that trend for her clients.

Her move echoes other Indian celebrities diversifying into business abroad. Yet Singh emphasizes personal drive over glamour. “This is about building something lasting,” she said.
