Tom Sandoval has a temporary restraining order against his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson after an alleged altercation, according to TMZ. The judge has also ordered that Victoria and Will move out of Tom’s property. This marks a dramatic turn in their relationship, which was once thought to be heading toward a more serious commitment.

From Romance to Restraining Order

In late 2024, Tom and Victoria sparked split rumors when she posted something cryptic on her Instagram Story. At the time, she wrote, “Wow … you guys were right. Tiger never changes its stripes.” Victoria eventually apologized for her post, according to Page Six. She wrote on her private Instagram, “I would like to sincerely apologize for my previous post. I had a true misjudgment in a situation. Tom did not do anything.” She added, “From my own personal trauma and experiences hearing false accusations about him all the time clouded my judgment and got the best of me.” Robinson ended her lengthy note, writing, “Please respect him and know he’s actually been the most supportive partner. The internet can be harsh sometimes and I’m learning how to block out the noise.”

Tom Sandoval and Victoria’s Public Life

Tom has presented Victoria in his Instagram stories a few times, including the night of Wednesday, when he posted a video and a photo of them at the Schwartz and Sandy cocktail salon and restaurant in Los Angeles. In December, Tom and Victoria attended a food festival in Los Angeles, but they were just friends at the time. Since then, a romance has clearly blossomed.

Victoria is a high-fashion model who has worked with Ford Modeling Agency. She has also been linked to Leonardo DiCaprio in the summer of 2016 when they were photographed leaving a Justin Bieber after-party in New York. She was 23 at the time. Now, she is with Tom, who appears to have left the Scandoval behind. Tom has been spotted leaving bars with random women a few times last year—in Missouri and Tennessee—and in September, he denied a rumored romance with singer-songwriter Tii.

Legal Drama and Social Media

Tom Sandoval and his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson quickly left social media when news of his lawsuit against his ex, Ariana Madix, broke. Their Instagram accounts were deactivated by the time Us Weekly revealed that Sandoval is suing Madix. Sandoval and Robinson had been active online while celebrating the birthday of Vanderpump Rules star Madix at the beginning of this month.

In documents obtained by Us on Tuesday, July 16, Sandoval claimed that Madix “obtained access” to his phone on March 1, 2023, and reviewed videos of Sandoval and his then-co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss without his “authorization or permission.” The lawsuit alleged that Madix “made copies” of the NSFW video and distributed it to Leviss and “third parties” without authorization.

The alleged video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone first made headlines when it was revealed on March 3, 2023, that both had an affair. After the affair ended, Leviss sued Sandoval and Madix for revenge porn, stalking, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She claimed Madix sent the video to herself and possibly others.

Madix previously denied having seen or distributed the video, and her lawyer addressed the issue again on Tuesday. “It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that destroyed her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to evade even more personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional well-being,” Jordan Susman told Us regarding Sandoval’s lawsuit.
