Pluto TV added horror film Smile to its free, ad-supported streaming platform in time for Halloween. Anime Expansion Targets Younger Audience

Pluto TV also expanded its anime offerings in September, with a focus on attracting adults ages 18-34, who account for nearly half of its anime viewership hours.
