Stars from British television gathered on the red carpet at the Bafta Television Awards in London, according to the BBC, as the event honored the best in television from the past 12 months, with a wide range of categories recognizing excellence in drama, comedy, and entertainment.

Winners Announced for Drama and Limited Series

Code Of Silence won the drama series category, beating out other nominees such as A Thousand Blows, Blue Lights, and This City Is Ours, though In the limited drama category, Adolescence took the prize, surpassing I Fought The Law, Trespasses, and What It Feels Like For A Girl.

Leading Actors and Actresses Recognized

Stephen Graham won for leading actor in Adolescence, while Narges Rashidi was named leading actress for her role in Prisoner 951. In the supporting categories, Owen Cooper and Christine Tremarco were named best supporting actor and actress, both for their work in Adolescence.

Other nominees in the leading actor category included Colin Firth, Ellis Howard, James Nelson-Joyce, Matt Smith, and Taron Egerton. Leading actress nominees featured Aimee Lou Wood, Erin Doherty, Jodie Whittaker, Sheridan Smith, and Siân Brooke.

Comedy and Entertainment Categories Highlighted

Comedy categories saw Amandaland win for scripted comedy, while Steve Coogan and Katherine Parkinson took the best actor and actress in comedy titles, respectively. In the entertainment category, Last One Laughing won, and Bob Mortimer received the best entertainment performance award.
